The Dolphin Hotel returned to private ownership in February 2003 and since then a huge refurbishment has taken place to provide new stylish, art-led accommodation. "Bleu" the new grill and wine gallery serves sumptuous grilled meat and fish. The hotel now has two bars; "Oak" the hotel bar/lounge and "Fruit" a High Street champagne style bar. It incorporates a 24 hour art gallery going up between the four floors and a cosmopolitan feel boutique shopping lane. The hotel is located right on the High Street making it an ideal base for exploring the south of England and indulging in the shopping experience which is West Quay.
