Later, during its 60 years as a convent and boarding school, a further wing was built and to finally complete the grandeur a leisure club was added in 1990. Ideally located, only 45 minutes north of London with Knebworth and Cambridge nearby. The 18 hole Championship Golf Course is a PGA European Tour venue and has hosted the 'English Open' in previous years.
